Tabernacle Lodge No. 1195 will be hosting its annual Gift of Life blood drive for the Scottish Rite Hospital. This date is on the 3rd Saturday of the month and coincides with the monthly donation breakfast held in the lodge dining hall. The Carter Blood Care crew will be set up as usual in the lodge meeting room and will be prepared to accept donors from 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Participants will be served a complimentary breakfast. Although the meal normally ends at 10:00 a.m. the kitchen will remain open to serve later donors. Past drives have proven to be an enjoyable event, combining good food, fellowship, and especially providing the Gift of LIfe for the children at the hospital. It is requested that regular blood donors who desire to help Tabernacle in this effort, time their donations so that they will be eligible to give blood on the April 19th date.
