This will be an open meeting so bring friends, family, potential Masons, etc., along. There will be refreshments after the meeting. Pass the word to anyone that might want to come help us honor Paul. Tabernacle Lodge No. 1195 will host AREA K WORKSHOP. Meal will be at 6:00 PM, Meeting will be at 7:00 PM. Brother Steve Jones and others will probably make some power point presentations along with the verbal information. Tabernacle Lodge is located at t 5320 Woodway Drive, just north of Trail Lake, Fort Worth, Texas. The lodge phone is 817-292-3400. The meal will consist of Barbecue chip beef, big baked potatoes, butter, salad, peach cobbler, ice cream, coffee and tea. Voluntary donations will be accepted for meal that is furnished by the lodge. Hurst Lodge is conducting an EA Lodge on the Second Saturday of each month. This lodge follows our Breakfast and opens at 10:00 AM. All EA's. FC's, and MM's are welcome and encouraged to attend. We will discuss different aspects of the EA Degree, the proficiency work, and symbolism in Masonry that pertains to the EA. The meetings are tiled. This is to bring more understanding to the new Mason of what he is going through and what it means. Come join us for great fellowship and learning immediately after the Best Breakfast in Texas!!
We have a delicious Pancake Breakfast on the Second Saturday of each month from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. We have expanded our menu to include Whole Wheat Pancakes, Country Cakes made with Cream of Wheat, and eggs cooked to order, and omlets cooked to order. The young ladies of Weather Assembly # 87 IORG will be hosting a spaghetti lunch on Saturday, April 12th at Stockyard Lodge #1244 from 11:00 till 4:00. Children and seniors are $5.00 and adults are $7.50. This is one of their fund raisers for their trip to Grand Assembly in Waco this June. Tabernacle Lodge No. 1195 will be hosting its annual Gift of Life blood drive for the Scottish Rite Hospital. This date is on the 3rd Saturday of the month and coincides with the monthly donation breakfast held in the lodge dining hall. The Carter Blood Care crew will be set up as usual in the lodge meeting room and will be prepared to accept donors from 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Participants will be served a complimentary breakfast. Although the meal normally ends at 10:00 a.m. the kitchen will remain open to serve later donors. Past drives have proven to be an enjoyable event, combining good food, fellowship, and especially providing the Gift of LIfe for the children at the hospital. It is requested that regular blood donors who desire to help Tabernacle in this effort, time their donations so that they will be eligible to give blood on the April 19th date.
